If you would like to submit a written article, please email louisefitzpatrick@gmail.com Articles should be related to yoga. Please supply as a word document and include the diacritics for any Sanskrit words.

If you would like to contribute anything else – photos, videos, artwork, doodles, a single word scribbled on a piece of paper etc, please take a photograph of your artwork and email it with your full name to emma@weare23.com We’re particularly interested in anything visual that is related to yoga, ideally beyond asana, in any way. Submissions can be as abstract as you like. Photographs should be supplied in high resolution.

Inclusion of submissions in the magazine is solely at the editor’s discretion.
